The terms that apply when you use this Site or request a bulk quote from us.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using apexcorechemicals.com (the "Site") or submitting an order request, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Business-to-business only
The Site and our products are offered exclusively to licensed pharmacies, wholesalers, hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturers acting in the course of business. By submitting an order request you confirm that you are authorized to purchase pharmaceutical products on behalf of a licensed business, and that the products requested will be received, stored and distributed in compliance with the laws of the destination country. We may request evidence of licensing before fulfilling any order, and may decline to serve any request at our discretion.
3. Order requests are not binding orders
Adding a product to your cart and submitting it is a request for pricing and availability, not a purchase order and not a binding offer by either party — no payment is collected on the Site. A binding sale is formed only once we issue a written order confirmation and both parties confirm it in writing. Product descriptions, images and specifications on the Site are indicative; final specifications, Certificates of Analysis, GMP certificates and other documentation are provided with the order confirmation.
4. Payment
Preferred payment method is indicated on your order request and confirmed in our written order confirmation — no payment is collected through the Site itself. Where payment is made by cryptocurrency, transfers are irreversible once sent. Always confirm the destination wallet address directly with our team against your order confirmation before sending funds. We will never change payment or wallet details by email alone — if you receive an email purporting to change payment instructions, verify it by phone before acting on it.
5. Shipping, customs & compliance
You are responsible for confirming that importing the requested products into your destination country is lawful, and for holding any import license, permit or registration required there. We ship using the carriers listed on our Shipping & Logistics page and provide export documentation to support customs clearance, but customs duties, import formalities and destination-country compliance remain your responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos and content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Apex Core Chemicals, LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission, other than for your own evaluation of our products as a prospective buyer.
7. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is". While we take care to keep product and company information accurate, we do not warrant that the Site is error-free or that product information is complete for every regulatory context — final specifications are governed by the documentation issued with your order confirmation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Core Chemicals, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
